Privacy

If you sign up for change alerts we store your email address, the state you asked about, and the page you signed up from. That is the whole of it. We do not sell or share addresses, and we never pass them to solar companies as leads.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, income, utility, or roof — and there is nowhere on this site to enter them.

What we do with it

We email you when an incentive changes in the state you asked about. Not on a schedule, and not when nothing has happened. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list rather than pausing you.

What we never do

Analytics and cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising scripts. The pages are static files; the only script on them is the few lines that submit the alert form.

Getting your data removed

Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email [email protected] and ask. We will delete the record rather than flag it.

If what this site does with an address ever changes, this page changes in the same release. That is a rule we hold ourselves to, because a privacy policy that lags the code is worse than none.

Get told when this changes

Solar incentives in your state moved three times in the first half of 2026. We recheck every program on this site on a schedule and email you when a number, a deadline, or a rule actually changes — not on a newsletter cadence, and not when nothing has happened.
